N- Nutmeg. This aromatic spice SPICES up any drink with just a dash…Grate some nutmeg into your drinks for a hint of zing!
O- Opulent Orange! Any fruit with orange and yellow tones is rich with Vitamin C and antioxidants which fight numerous immune targeted diseases and helps to keep skin youthful looking J
P- Protein Power! Add some low-carb protein powder to your milk based drinks for a rich snack or healthy meal replacement.
Q- Quality control. It is important to choose good quality produce when making your drinks. Always try to use fresh ingredients before it goes bad L (and that’s no fun at all!)
