To avoid getting to the stage,if you noticed that you hate anything around you,dont spend too much time in self-analysis,dont spend a lot of time second-guessing yourself.Stay calm and try to get a rest imediately and when you wake up get occupy with something that make you laugh.But not reading as this will add to the burden going on in your mind.
