Independent national Electoral commission, INEC is a body set up by the Nigeria constitution to organize Federal, State, and Local elections in the country. There mission is to educate the Nigerians about democracy and election process, provide for voters registration, compile a credible voters register, conduct credible elections and promote an enduring democratic culture in the country. INEC will be open and transparent in all other activities with the people of Nigeria. INEC will be faithful and honest in dealing with the people. INEC will endeavour t craet a level playing ground for all the political actors. INEC will be committed to provide the highest quality election services to the people of Nigeria come 2011 general election. All eyes are on them both the international observers and masses.
