DON’T ALLOW YOUR FEARS PARALYZE YOUR DREAMS

“If you listen to your fears, you will die never knowing what a great person you might have been” Robert A. Schuller. Stop living in fear of failing or fear of making a mistake, you have to believe in yourself. Fear dissolves when we act, fear multiplies when we delay. What we fear is inevitable. Its just a matter of facing that fear to keep moving.

“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. you are able to say to yourself, ‘I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along’. You must do the things you think you cannot do” Eleanor Roosevelt. When you have faith that you will make it through the toughest of times, your confidence will grow and so will your chances.

When you feel fearful, you’re less willing or able to take action. you may feel “paralyzed” with fear. Much of your creative and problem-solving brain function will shut down, making you less able to cope with a situation. Have faith and not FEAR!

“We become powerful in the face of our fears, when we have a sense that we can make a difference in this world. Affirmation of purpose communicate the truth that we are all meaningful participants in the universe and that we are worthy of giving and receiving” Susan Jeffers. All you need to do is to gradually develop yourself to the point where your belief in yourself is so strong that you know you can accomplish anything you put your mind to. Then your confidence will grow and you’ll start loosing that fear in you. Be empowered and stay positive.
