God created us as spirits, gave us a soul and provided us a body to carry our spirits.
Your body is your number one garden, dress it and keep it.
It is a sign of laziness to allow your garden to go fallow.
Dressing Your Garden
1. Dress modestly well. Dressing is for beauty and glory. Avoid smelling socks.
2. Have your bath at least twice daily.
3. Apply roll-on and suitable creams.
4. Care for your hair (both public and pubic), share regularly with guys and don’t allow your hair to smell or be filled with dandruff.
5. Wear perfumes and smell good always.
Keeping Your Garden
1. Exercise regularly. Old people are always sick because of lack of exercise.
2. Have food timetable. Don’t take junk foods all the time. Regulate the time and the type of food you eat.
3. Control your appetite for drinks (mostly juice) and ice cream. The amount of fat one month may burn out of you may be brought back by a plate of ice-cream.
4. Drink enough water daily. It aids digestion.
5. When you eat well and exercise well, you will live well.
6. You don’t need prayer to reduce weight; you need proper discipline on what to eat and what you drink and a good exercise programme.
Simple Exercises
1. Running down the stair case
2. Jugging
3. Skipping
4. Swimming
5. Strolling/walking
6. Climbing
Exercises Ladies Should Avoid
1. Weight lifting. It has the tendency of making a woman look manly.
2. Press ups. It can change your shape to that of a man.
3. Pin picking.
It is not everything you need prayer for; you need a dose of exercise so you can stop disturbing God with your health challenge.
