Governor Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State at the weekend set the ball rolling for the foundation of the proposed Lagos NUJ ICT and Guest House, as he donated N10 million to the council. The cheque was sent through the special assiatant , office of the commissioner for Information and communications, Ms Gina Daka- Osika.
