Life ought to be lived in modest. Too much of everything is bad and even the good could be a curse. Let’s fight for what is right which is justice and let it prevail. Good life as i have learnt isn’t lived in riches, luxury or wealth. Many work round the clock not to put food on thier table but to have money in excess so as to galivant amidst friends and waste time on effemeral things. On the second thought, if only this money we work hard to get can take us to heaven it would have been better but you see God who made things in his own way didn’t make it so. So many make friends like there’s a reward for it. Well, maybe to fill up the room when it’s party time or to keep one company or feel important in any gathering of sort but the question remains when things go sour, how many would stay, how many would leave? Friends fail, everything with flesh does so why put your trust in them? If only the friend you have can see you off to heaven be it one true fried or thousands of back stabbing unfaithful friends. They only stick out their tongue to lick the hand filled with oil but the moment it changes to blood then they know it’s your cross, so bear it alone. Only then would you realise that it’s every man to one head. Everything we struggle to acquire in life be it cars, cloths, friends, books (whatever it maybe) is only an evidence of our prudency and hardwork but I tell you it cannot and can never open the gates of heaven for you. In essence, all is vanity upon vanity. They glitter but not all are gold. It’s here on earth that it’s useful but not in the place where our Lord Jesus Christ has gone to prepare for us.
You might have been driving too fast you just need to slow down. Those who don’t have a life make work their life but you can’t work all you life so you need to think about your life. Ask yourself questions: what would become of me when you are no more, if the trumpet sounds now would you be raptured? are you sure of heaven or hell? are you living your life right? All these things I own am I been greedy about it? It’s never too late even though it’s late as long as you are ready for a change then I tell you that you are just right on time.!
