The feet is a very sensitive part of the human body.IT NEEDS TO BE WELL AIRED TO REDUCE FLAKES AND FUNGUS LIKE DISEASES.To do this you need to take the following into consideration.
1* DON’T BE CORNY-A corn is a thickening of hard skin-normally on top of the toes -caused by rubbing against a shoe, while a callus is a large area of the feet.As we get older ,we lose the fat from beneath our feet and from the toes, making us more prone to corns and calluses
2* CUT NAILS CORRECTLY AND SMOOTHLY-An ingrown toenail is when the nail pieces the skin of the toe. This condition is made worse by tight footwear and sweaty feet-which softens the skin-and bad walking habits. To avoid this, cut nails in a straight line across but not too low.ALWAYS DO FOOT BATH in a SALTY WATER.
3* ALLOW SPACE OR MAKE ROOM FOR YOUR TOES-IF POSSIBLE DO AWAY WITH slip -on shoes, like loafter-they tend to be tighter to stay on your feet.Anytime you are in the bath, gently rub hard skin with a pumice stone.GIVE YOURSELF A relaxing footbath with a few drops of lavender oil, followed by a homemade foot scrub-a tablespoon each of salt and oats mixed with two tablespoons of vegetable.Wash ,dry and moisturise-avoiding the area between your toes.
4*KEEP FEET WARM AND COOL-There are more sweet glands per inch on our feet than anywhere else on our body-no wonder they get sweaty in warm weather.Wearing open-toed sandals made from natural materials will help .ALSO TRY TO WASH your feet in warm water, adding few drops of antiseptic tea tree oil.
5*EXERCISE YOUR TOE-Toe execise can help strengthen your feet.IT INVOLVES PUTTING your heels together on the floor and place
an elastic band over your feet outward fifteen to twenty times.
