SWINE FLU
What is flu? Flu is an illness caused by infection of the influenza virus. The virus constantly changes and there are different strains of flu like avian flu, swine flu etc.
Swine flu or influenza A (H1N1) is a respiratory disease that infects pigs and is caused by a flu virus. There are regular outbreaks of swine flu in pigs which become ill but rarely die from the virus. Swine flu does not regularly infect humans although this does happen when people have had close contact with pigs.
Symptoms includes: fever, cough, headache, weakness, and fatigue, aching muscle and joints, sore throat, running nose.
