we hear it all the time….Live your life, you’ve only got one…blah blah blah
what exactly is living life?
falling in love, partying, friendships, drinking,….what exactly is living your life?
Is it living everyday as if it were your last?…God forbid that today be my last day on earth….as I still haven’t done a lot of things…but that’s because I CANNOT!
Notice the capital letters?
…I do not have the resources, the influence, the bravery, the strength, the time or the drive…to do some of the things I would love to do….
…and by the time I have all those things…I hope it won’t be too late…hence the question…
is youth wasted on the young?
My analysis:
…you go to school from when you turn three to …bachelors, masters, PhD…whatever
you have kids, you work hard and tell yourself…”when I get rich ,i ll sit back and enjoy”
only thing is…you will probably get rich when you are 50+, need i remind you that most of your youth is gone by that time.you might get rich earlier…then pay for your kids to go to go to Ivy League institutions
….or get rich when you are 20….at 20 you are crippled with the fear of losing everything, so you work harder and harder and never really get to PAUSE and ENJOY!.
My answer: most times as there are a few people who break away from this cycle or is it a crescent?…lol
…what if you could have youth when you were older
what if you could live life like Benjamin Button
make all your mistakes when your old, correct them as you grow younger?
what if you could work when you were old and enjoy the benefits when you were younger?
…am I being reasonable?
the essence of this note…I do not know…
but sometimes you’ve got to ask what you’ve got to ask ,right?
Catch You Again,
