Police arrest suspected Kidnappers of 65- years old woman in Ondo
Ondo State Police command yesterday paraded four suspected Kidnappers for allegedly abducting Mis. Juliana Ogunleye, wife of a Saudi Arabia-based medical doctor, Mrs.Idowu Ogunleye, last year.
While parading the suspects at the police headquarter yesterday, the State Police Commissioner Mrs. Chinuta Amajor Onu, said the suspects were arrested based on tip off from members of the public.
She added that the suspects collected a sum of N2.5 million as ransom before they freed Mrs. Ogunleye, who was in their custody for 16 days.

She, however, explained that the leader of the kidnapping gang, one Emeka Eze, popularly known as “Blacky” was at large, stressing that the police was still searching for him.
The Police boss said the N2.5 million received ransom from the family of Mrs. Ogunleye was shared among the suspects, adding that the Police has not been able to recover the money from them.
She added that the same group also attempted to kidnap the wife of the former Commissioner of Finance under the immediate past government of Governor Olusegun Agagu, Mr. Tayo Alasoadaura.
