BEAUTIFUL OR FASHIONABLE
The craze to be up to date with fashion trends has reduced many women to wind-chasers. There’s nothing wrong with been fashionable. However, when we take extreme actions in order to be in tune with what is in vogue, we cause problems for ourselves.
Too much emphasis has been on the looks, size, shape and style. In fact, the buzz word is “sexy”. Media explicitly depicts and dictates what a sexy woman is like. A lot of ladies are therefore trying to make-up for what they think they lack and those who feel they don’t meet up sentence themselves to self pity. What a tragedy?
What exactly are they making up to? They’re making up to meet up with the standards set by the fashion industry. The truth is that fashion is a trend and it keeps changing.
