The anticipation of going out with that “special” or to be “special” person sends butter flies fluttering through our stomachs. This feeling was termed “zsa zsa zsu” by Sex and the City’s lead role, Carrie Bradshaw.
“Will she find me attractive?” we ask
“Would she notice the scar on my face?”
“Do I have too many pimples?”
“How should I dress for a date?”
When it’s time to pick the perfect outfit for the occasion, it’ll help a great deal if you follow these dress tips……..
A FRESH HAIR CUT IS APPEALING
Every man likes to keep his hair differently, but the good old low cut makes a man more appealing. Moreover, it will do to trim and shampoo your hair before that special outing.
BOTTON – DOWNS ARE IDEAL FOR MOST OCCASSIONS
The traditional dress shirt easily floats from the office to a less formal dinner, to an evening at the movies. A checkered or plaid print should be considered rather than a solid blue or white when it’s just you and your special woman. Ties are not necessary although a black one might just manage to scale through.
MANICURES ARE NOT JUST FOR THE LADIES
Get a manicure before a date. Otherwise, take special care to keep your nails in shape at all times. A man with pristine pointers is usually gentle in his touch. Remember that most guys do not fancy long finger nails in their men (either the pinky or the thumb). It’s gauche! So keep immaculate nails and avoid biting them. Personally I get put – off by a guy who doesn’t have cute nails regardless of how handsome he is. A nail cutter or a pair of scissors should do the trick.
BE SHINED AND WELL HEELED
The truth: Women love a man who loves the importance of his foundation. Make a lasting impression by getting your shoes gently shined (avoid wearing slippers where a pair of shoes fit better). You could also wear a pair of leather – sole shoes (for good measure)to buff up appearances.
