So many times men tend to do things in their perception – the understanding of their knowledge. They grew so confidently and boast in the workability of their prospect. Many more times they fail and they utterly submit to regrets. The total application of the wisdom of men is His foolishness. Our God contends with nobody, even you! Every man on earth has the liberty of choice. Most times there are lesson learnt from this mischief but it had rather been done in God’s way. When you choose to do it your way, God goes His way. The journey to fulfillment of many men has been elongated due to the implementation of their wisdom.
God is saying “Son, this will take you a bit longer” but you are saying “God, I want it quicker”. In your attempt to make it quicker, you spend much longer than His timing. There is always a message when God stays a bit longer. He wants you to pass through that phase so that your feet can be indelible when you eventually stand. The race to get there has stirred up the desperation in men and most men are sweating profusely in the heat of life. Men have set various standards for fulfillment believing that there is certain age and season when success should escalate. Above this, is God speaking?
At a time in my life, I began to judge myself by the positive changes in the lifestyle of people around me. These people I know are God fearing – we share the same faith. I concluded that God is angry with me. I hyped my desire to pleas Him yet I felt I should do more. In this predicament, I was consoled by His words; the race is not to the swift! Your wisdom is God’s foolishness! God hates nobody; His love is not due to your deeds. It’s is unconditional! Even when we strain our brain to solve life puzzle, He baffles. We need to get the understanding of His ways so that we won’t disregard His status. Often, we look when God is seeing. Why not begin to see through Him! A Man that knows it all can say it all. He knows best even when you know less.
Men wisdom is increasingly low, so infinitesimal to His understanding. There can only be dividend to life when you resolve to become a partner in the same ship with Him. It’s time you profess your commitment and tender your re-assuring handshake as you humble yourself under His tutelage and grow to be better than you self-prospected.
