When you try your best and it yields no effort. You feel like , at least you’ve tired.

I am in an enviroment where performance is not praised only results. It’s painful when it’s glaring to all that all tactics has been deployed yet the boss seems not to notice.
Lemme ask, Why do people shout?
I asked around and someone said to me it’s simply because they feel you can’t hear them. So, they scream and then howl which of course leads to roaring.
Even within close range, some bosses still scream…..why?
I really need a response on that.
Imagine you’ve worked hard, yet screaming continues because you don’t have results …..so heartbreaking
