REAL EFFECTIVENESS OF A CONSCIOUS EFFORT

Everything in life boils down to taking a conscious effort. This is a concept which goes a long way in determining what happens or does not happen to an individual in the course of human life. It has been proven time and time again that every decision taken in the mind of an individual would only see the light of day if a conscious effort is made to actualize it. The reversal is the case if nothing is done meaning the idea would die a natural death no matter how good or vibrant it is.

When we say conscious effort, it does involve two earlier mentioned active proponents ‘conscious’ and ‘effort’. An effort is something that requires a relative amount of physical and mental energy to bring about, even involving some difficulty in the process. Now the conscious part of it signifies a coordinated plan of achieving success, making sure it turns out right, which further begs the question ‘is it possible to take an unconscious effort?’. The answer is no, it is either an effort consciously or an absolute no effort. This immediately throws up the fact it is not just about making the effort, but it has to be a co-ordinated one, that is a with a plan although it may not perfectly assure success but it is at the least geared towards it.

A conscious effort would often bring about at least three things enumerated as first, ensures that an attempt has been made which is quite vital to success. like a Latin adage that says “viva aluta, viva acerta” if we fight we might win, but if we do not make an attempt we would have lost even from the very beginning. It is an effective solution to procrastination, which as they say is the thief of time, a strong enemy of anything successful. The very third point is the fact that it prevents regrets because a move made has already been made and so reduces the chance of saying ‘had I known’, even if it turns out wrong there is a strong consolation in the fact an action had taken place.

The least of actions is better than the best of thoughts, as a thought no matter how good would die without expression but the least of action stands a chance of being remembered even fifty years after it has taken place. Time is a good stage for events, which is if only they would take place and history has such a large heart that can contain everything that happens in time.

A conscious effort brings so many ingredients to the cooking table and effectively stands a chance of ensuring all of these four things; structure, decency, order and protocol. if an effort is not made then there is not the slimmest chance of putting a structure in place, before we even start talking about decency, then something orderly not to talk of having protocol.

Success in life hugely depends on the decisions we make and the efforts we put into implementing them.
