– Sweeten it with honey or fruit instead of sugar.
– Good Earth Green Tea, Lipton Green or Black Tea are some of the best.

BREAD
Special Information:
– Make sure you are consuming the one with ‘Whole wheat or Whole grain’
– Make sure that the first ingredient in the ingredient list is whole grain because the first ingredient is the largest and so on.
– Note that for the fact that there is whole grain in the ingredient list does not mean that wheat or grain is the main ingredient
– Eat bread with 90 calories per slice or less.

MEATS

– Don’t eat meats that are full of fats, look for the part that doesn’t contains fat

– Apples: It cleans teeth naturally and it contains 3-4 grams of fiber.
– Strawberries: Contains lots of Vitamin C and antioxidants
– Blackberries: Contains lots of fiber
– Cherries: Contains perillyl alcohol, which prevent cancer in animals and it also contain a heart protective ingredient.
– Apricots: Contains Vitamin A
– Note that fruits that contains Vitamin C and antioxidants are the ”healthiest fruits”
– Fruits contains Sugar

ENERGY BARS
Special Information:
– Try to keep calorie count below 160 and sodium under 125
– Watch out for the fat, it must not be more that 5 grams
– Eat bars with less than 12 grams sugar.

SALAD
Special Information:
– Note that a tablespoon of commercial dressing can add up to 80 calories (OMG)
– Freshly squeezed lemon juice is a great, low fat dressing
– When salad contains so many fruits, it doesn’t deserve more dressing
– The Healthiest dressing is Olive oil.
