Most of us are familiar with most of these popular statement: Great Ife, Greatest Uniben etc.
These university were given such aliases because of the great intellects the produce. Multi-national corporations went to such institutions to recruit graduates into their organizations. Sad to say that such practises have ceased due to many reasons such as unemployable graduates, half baked graduates etc.
These days, what these great institutions produce really are mediocres which is due to neglect from government, the society and individuals.
For these institutions to be great again, not only the government but the society and individuals has a part to play. Can we join hands together to make them great?
I strongly believe we can if we make up our minds.
