*RED MEAT.One of the most common causes of low energy energy level is lack of iron.It is therefore mandatory that we get enough iron inour diets.Iron isĀ  vital for carrying oxygen around the body, so if you haven’t got enough, which means you will quickly become lethargic.Not just that but it can also increase the risk of colds and flu, leaving you feeling washed out.Oily fish, eggs, dark green vegetables, baked beans, nuts and seeds are also great sources of iron if you don’t eat meat.

WHEN. A lean steak of 100g twice a week should be enough to maintain levels or taking beans four times in a week.
