“INSECURITY and the complex called INFERIORITY”

Its quite amazing how various things can show up in differnt forms.Inferiority complex could be exhibited in some very interesting forms with different people hiding under various guises just to make you think it is something else other than you think and would necessarily or easily figure out.

While some would try hide their insecurity by always switching into attack mode even when there is nothing called ‘fight’ on the horizon, this is often used to hide their insecurity, but for the analytical mind it is quite easy to see through.

Another would reel out their expert series of advice even when it has not been sought just so that people would not say that they do not know much about the issue featuring on top burner; giving out supposed facts they may not even be sure of at that point, often getting themselves into trouble with those who would readily argue, but that is for one who has the time and cannot see beyond the smoke screen they are putting up.

Some other would always be on the look-out for what people think of them, always trying to meet expectations which in itself is almost impossible, and very much near suicidal; often  trying to conform what is the next fad in the society and striving to do what every one else is doing even when it is way beyond their means.

They are quick to  label as proud  the one who  tries to carve a niche for himself by not following the crowd, and doing their own thing.Even when they see the facts, just because it would often make them feel very uncomfortable, they could to any length to deny it.

Although bad in itself is the problem of insecurity, the inferiority complex is not one that cannot be remedied but it does take sheer acceptance on the part of the victim acknowledging the problem, and then the gradually working their way to an eventual solution which may not be without assistance though.

For parents raising kids,it is very pertinent to keep them full of confidence very early in life because it helps build security very often, and it is also vey key to watch out for early traits of inferiority or what has come to be termed ‘the insecurity complex’ so that it can be quickly adressed.
